SHIPPING POLICY

Your product(s) will be posted within 48 hours (considering business days only). 

We use the fastest available service from the Brazilian Post (Correios).

Once your order is complete, it is wrapped and dispatched within maximum 48 hours. An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey. 
Please note: Üman International is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

We deliver using the Brazilian ‘Correios’ service which delivers in 5-12 business days and is fully trackable. This service is quoted at the checkout and is based on your location and order value.  

We kindly ask our customers to provide correct information as Üman International cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

RETURNS POLICY

We can offer money back in case you change your mind about the product or if there is any problem with the product(s). You must contact us within 7 days maximum, after you receive your purchase. 

In case you changed your mind, we will not refund the postage fees.

To arrange a return, please contact us here.

Please note we do not accept returns when:

  • Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.

  •  Items are return outside the specified return timeframe

Should any of the above occur, Üman International will return the good at the customer's expense.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

All products are checked, one by one, before being dispatched. However there may be a rare fault.

If you receive a faulty product, we will gladly exchange the item or give you the money back. To notify us of the fault, please contact us and include the below information:

  • Your order #

  • Your full name and address

  • Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description
